Overview
AI Auto-Reply helps you respond to people who message you, using a model of your choice (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini). It is designed for handling inbound conversations — for example first-touch replies and FAQs.
How to use
- Add your AI provider API key in Settings.
- Write a system prompt describing your tone and what the assistant should say.
- Choose whether replies are sent automatically or held for review.
- Set quiet hours and per-conversation limits.
Tips
- Keep a human in the loop for sensitive or high-value conversations.
- Review AI drafts periodically to keep answers accurate.
