Terms of Service

By purchasing, installing, or using TGBlaze (the "Software") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License

TGBlaze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. Licenses are hardware-bound (one machine per license) and validated with RSA signing. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, or publicly share your license key, nor reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent licensing or protection mechanisms.

2. Acceptable use & your responsibility

The Software automates actions on the Telegram platform. You are solely responsiblefor how you use it, including compliance with the Telegram Terms of Service, applicable anti-spam laws, data-protection laws, and all other laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Software to:

• send unlawful spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent content;
• harass, threaten, or harm others;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• engage in any activity illegal in your jurisdiction.

3. No guarantee against account limits or bans

Automation may conflict with Telegram's rules and can result in rate limits, restrictions, or bans of your Telegram accounts. While TGBlaze includes safety features (fingerprinting, warming, rate limiting), we do not and cannot guarantee that your accounts will not be limited or banned. You assume this risk.

4. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, banned accounts, or lost data arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Account bans or misuse are not grounds for a refund.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license without refund if you breach these Terms, attempt to crack or share the Software, or issue a fraudulent chargeback.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of TGBlaze is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
