We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when a refund is available.

1. Try before you buy

TGBlaze offers a free 1-day test license so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing a paid plan. We strongly recommend using it first.

2. 24-hour refund window

If the Software does not work as advertised, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us on Telegram and describe the issue so we can try to resolve it first.

3. What is not eligible

• Telegram account limitations or bans resulting from automation.
• Misuse, or use that violates our Terms of Service.
• Change of mind after the 24-hour window, or after substantial use.
• Issues caused by third parties (proxies, SMS providers, AI providers) outside our control.

4. How to request

Message us on Telegram with your license key and a description of the problem. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback instead of contacting support will result in immediate revocation of your license.
